What level of involvement is required from our team?

Your Engineering Leadership: Define technical requirements (1 meeting), conduct final technical interview with shortlisted candidates (1-2 hours), approve selected engineer. Your HR Team: Zero ongoing involvement. We handle all employment administration, payroll, benefits, compliance monitoring, and workforce management.

Your Legal/Compliance: Optional review of engagement structure (we provide documentation). Most clients proceed without internal legal review because our framework has been validated across 250+ placements. After engineer approval, your only responsibility is engineering management and project coordination, the same as any team member. You focus on building the future of mobility. We handle everything else.

What if the visa application is denied?

Visa denials are rare in our model, we maintain a 95% approval rate across all placements. If a denial occurs: We work with our immigration law firm partners to understand the reason

We determine if the application can be refiled with additional documentation
If the denial is final, we source a replacement candidate at no additional sourcing fee

Can engineers transition to direct employment with our company?

Yes. While Augmntm employs the engineer initially, we offer a transition pathway for engineers to become direct employees of your company if desired. This typically involves: Transition timing: Usually after 12–24 months of successful engagement

Green Card sponsorship: Your company sponsors the engineer for permanent residence (we can facilitate introductions to immigration counsel)
Employment transfer: Engineer transitions from Augmntm employment to your payroll This flexibility allows you to evaluate long-term fit before committing to direct employment and Green Card sponsorship, reducing risk while maintaining senior talent access.

How does Augmntm differ from recruiters, EOR platforms, or immigration firms?
